DESOTEC Desotec NV is seeking a Waste Operations Administration Team Lead to combine people management with process ownership and compliance oversight. You will lead a team of six, ensuring clear priorities and cross-departmental alignment, while ensuring waste administration and reporting are accurate and compliant.

You will translate new waste legislation into practical processes and monitor critical reports and registrations, driving continuous improvement with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 3–5 years in administrative/operational/logistics/compliance environments with people leadership.
• Analytical, precise, able to map complex administrative flows.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with stakeholder interaction.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office; Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Experience with waste legislation or waste administration is a strong asset.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of six employees, ensuring priorities and collaboration.
• Ensure waste administration, reporting and reception activities are accurate and compliant.
• Implement changes in waste legislation by translating requirements into practical processes.
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of reports and registrations.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows with internal stakeholders.
