DESOTEC in Belgium is seeking a Waste Operations Administration Team Lead to combine people management with process ownership and compliance oversight. You will lead a team of six, setting priorities and coaching members to resolve admin and process issues across departments while enabling cross-department alignment.

The role requires a structured, analytical leader with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and 3–5 years' experience in administrative/operational/logistics/compliance environments,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in administrative, operational, logistics and/or compliance-oriented environment.
• Analytical and precise with strong ability to navigate complex administrative flows.
• Fluent in Dutch & English with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop a team of six employees, ensuring priorities, accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure waste administration, reporting and reception activities are accurate, efficient and compliant with legislation and procedures.
• Translate new waste legislation requirements into practical processes and ways of working for the team.
• Monitor accuracy and timeliness of reports and registrations, including waste registers.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows and implementing process optimizations with internal stakeholders.
