Job summary

Join in Antwerp, Belgium is seeking a Senior Workplace & VIP Support Technician to establish and manage on-site IT operations for our new Geneva office. You will provide day-to-day technical support for on-site staff, regional remote workers, and other offices, covering hardware, software, and AV setups.

You will be the dedicated IT point for Geneva-based executives and assistants, delivering desk-side support, pre/post-travel checks, and live event coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace/IT desktop support, with at least 1 year direct experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required; knowledge of French is a good asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on end-user support for the Geneva office and regional remote personnel.
• Set up laptops, desktops, printers,VoIP, and mobile devices, and manage AV systems for meeting rooms.
• Manage meeting room collaboration setups, including Teams Rooms and conferencing hardware.
• Maintain asset inventory and enforce compliance with corporate policies across the site.
• Support executive VIPs with desk-side assistance and rapid on-site coverage during events.
