Job summary

Stefanini Group in Belgium is seeking a highly skilled VIP IT Support specialist to deliver premium onsite and remote assistance for executive users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user accounts, and coordinate with resolver groups to resolve issues quickly.

You will also install equipment, support AV for Webex, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and maintain security settings while delivering discreet, professional service within a global tech consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' onsite IT support experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification is recommended.
• Microsoft Windows and Office certifications are an asset.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Scripting or coding skills are an advantage.
• Strong networking basics and AD permissions knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level VIP IT support in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite hardware/software support and incident resolution.
• Act as escalation point for third-party resolver groups.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and security settings.
• Install PCs, peripherals, and LAN equipment; support AV in Webex/Teams/Zoom.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/softwre issues.
