Job summary

H-Tech Supports is seeking a Senior Workplace & VIP Support Technician to establish and manage on-site IT operations for its Antwerp/Geneva presence. You will provide day-to-day technical support for on-site staff, regional remote workers, and other offices as needed, spanning hardware/software setup, device staging, and meeting room collaboration tech.

Qualifications

5+ years in workplace IT/desktop support.
1 year+ supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
Experience with on-site executive services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day on-site IT support for the Geneva office and regional staff.
Set up hardware/software, device staging, printing, Wi-Fi, and room infrastructure.
Install and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, VoIP, mobile devices, and POS equipment.
Operate the on-site Tech Bar for face-to-face support.
Manage meeting room AV and Teams Rooms setups and troubleshooting.
Maintain asset records and inventory per policy.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with HR for new hires.
