BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site 1st/2nd line support in Belgium. The role covers hardware, software, networking, printers, and office applications with a focus on customer-friendly service.

You will diagnose issues, document tickets, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring EU work authorization and residence near Belgium.

Formación

• Experience in IT user support or service desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Currently residing in or near Belgium.
• Valid Belgium / EU work authorization or work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required
• Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting

Requirements

• Currently residing in or near Belgium .
• Valid Belgium / EU work authorization or work permit
• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally in an onsite environment
