Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking a Field Engineer to deliver on-site IT support across Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. You will be the face of IT for end users, handling desk-side troubleshooting, device setup and AV support to ensure seamless meetings and business continuity.

You will collaborate with Service Desk and Operations, manage asset logistics, contribute to workplace projects and translate user needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site IT support and end-user services.
• Strong understanding of workplace IT hardware and software.
• Able to troubleshoot in-person issues and coordinate with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site front-line IT support across Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp.
• Perform desk-side troubleshooting for hardware, software and workplace incidents.
• Execute device setup, onboarding, moves and AV system support.
• Coordinate asset and peripheral logistics and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to IT projects, office transformations and process improvements.
• Act as the face of IT for end users and translate needs into practical solutions.
