Red Events & Distribution Limited is seeking an Event Manager to own the on-the-ground delivery of concerts across Belgium. You will oversee venues, logistics, scheduling and contractor coordination to ensure every show runs smoothly.

This role involves frequent travel to venues across Belgium, working evenings and weekends, and collaborating with international artists and the head office to align artistic, operational and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in event production, venue operations, touring or a comparable operational role.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends — that is when concerts happen.
• Genuine composure under pressure. Things go wrong on the day, and the job is to fix them without the audience noticing.
• Confidence dealing with venue managers, suppliers and performers face to face.
• Strong organisation: several events running in parallel, each with its own moving parts.
• English at B2 or above.

Responsabilités

• Venues: Travelling across Belgium or your local city for site visits and inspections, meeting venue management and maintaining relationships.
• Logistics: Planning and coordinating everything that has to arrive in the right place at the right time—instruments, equipment, staging, transport, accommodation.
• Scheduling: Building and maintaining the schedule for administrators and performers across concurrent events.
• Contractors: Sourcing, briefing and coordinating suppliers—technical, staging, transport and everything in between.
• Purchasing and inventory: Procurement of what events need, and tracking company equipment.
• People: Recruiting, onboarding and coordinating concert administrators and volunteers.
• Coordination: Working with the artist manager and head office to align artistic, operational and commercial goals.
• Reporting: Post-concert reports to improve future events.
