Job summary

Live Nation Belgium is seeking a Client and Event Support Specialist to deliver event programming across Ticketmaster's client base in Belgium and act as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned top-tier clients. You will translate ticketing requirements into accurate event configurations, build and maintain events, and ensure accurate, timely delivery from initial setup through to event day.

• Build and maintain events in Belgium ticketing platforms according to procedures and quality standards.
• Review event submissions, translate requirements into accurate event setups (dates, pricing, inventory, channels).
• Quality-check configurations before release; identify and resolve errors; escalate risks.
• Support team QA and share best practices; maintain accurate event records in Salesforce.
• Coordinate event-related tasks and support projects or tours; assist with access control and seating maps.
