Job summary

You will coach staff, optimize workflows and coordinate with regional teams to ensure accurate event setups, timely responses and lasting client partnerships. Flexibility for evenings or weekends may be required to support live events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a client services or events environment.
• Strong understanding of ticketing platforms, event configuration and client support processes.
• Ability to design workflows, manage performance and escalate issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client and Event Support team in Belgium.
• Oversee event programming and ensure high-quality service levels across client events.
• Manage client onboarding, training and adoption of Ticketmaster tools and features.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions with Product Operations, Field Operations and Finance to improve service delivery.
