Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain events in Belgian ticketing platforms following procedures and service levels.
• Review event submissions, translate requirements into accurate configurations, and manage setup through event day.
• Quality-check configurations and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Log cases in Salesforce and coordinate with Client Development, Product Operations, and Field Operations.
• Coordinate specialist support for access control, box office, and reporting issues and provide on-site support as needed.
