Job summary

Ticketmaster Belgium is seeking a Client and Event Support Specialist to deliver event programming across Belgium and serve as the day-to-day contact for top-tier clients, ensuring accurate configurations from setup to event day.

You will translate client requirements into precise event configurations, advise on Ticketmaster tools, manage changes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery, including on-site support when required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English plus ability to communicate in a local language (French or Dutch).
• Experience in event programming, ticketing operations or event support preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, data entry and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• As Client and Event Support Specialist, deliver event programming across Belgium and act as the day-to-day contact for top-tier clients.
• Translate client requirements into accurate event configurations and maintain events from setup to event day.
• Provide proactive guidance on Ticketmaster tools and features, coordinate resolutions and keep clients informed throughout the lifecycle.
