You will oversee the local team, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver on ambitious objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales, business development or commercial roles.
• Fluent in local language with strong English.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience in ticketing, live events, or promotion is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
