Job summary

Abbott in Belgium seeks an EMEA Field Product Manager to drive adoption of LAAO and ICE portfolios across the region. You’ll align EMEA marketing strategy with country execution, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to accelerate portfolio growth.

You will lead launches like Amulet 360, develop customer-facing materials, support strategic accounts, and translate market insights into actionable regional plans while travelling up to 70% across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Significant medical device industry experience, preferably cardiovascular.
• Experience in product launches and downstream marketing.
• LAAO or imaging technologies experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% across the EMEA.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement EMEA marketing programs with country Sales/Marketing to drive adoption.
• Lead field marketing for key launches from readiness through post-launch adoption.
• Develop customer-facing materials, tools, communications, and training aligned with EMEA priorities.
• Partner with Sales to support strategic account development and regional growth.
• Develop educational and commercial initiatives for ICE-guided workflows.
• Lead marketing support for EMEA congresses, events, and advisory boards.
• Support country teams with clinical data, competitive info, and regional communications.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate across EMEA and Global teams to drive portfolio commercialization.
