Job summary

Abbott in Belgium is seeking an EMEA Field Product Manager to drive commercialization of LAAO and ICE portfolios across the region, coordinating country-level execution with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing.

You will lead field marketing for launches like Amulet 360, develop customer materials, support strategic accounts, and translate market insights into actionable regional programs while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Significant medical device industry experience, preferably within cardiovascular interventions.
• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Therapy Development, with LAAO experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in the Sales, Marketing, or commercialization of imaging technologies, with Intracardiac Echocardiography experience preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches, downstream marketing programs, and commercial adoption initiatives.
• Experience working with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and other physician stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 70% across the EMEA region; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement EMEA marketing programs and campaigns with country Sales and Marketing teams.
• Lead field marketing activities for key product launches from readiness to post-launch adoption.
• Develop customer-facing materials, commercial tools, field communications, and training resources aligned with EMEA priorities.
• Partner with Sales teams to support strategic account development and portfolio growth.
• Develop educational and commercial initiatives that demonstrate ICE-guided workflows and adoption models.
• Lead marketing support for major EMEA congresses, events, and advisory boards.
• Collaborate across EMEA, country and Global teams to support portfolio commercialization and regional initiatives.
