Abbott Medical is seeking a Territory Manager CRM to cover Brussels and north Belgium. You will service the current customer base, drive sales growth within that base, and establish new accounts while handling customer complaints and recommending consignment where appropriate.

The role requires strong product knowledge, strategic planning, and the ability to work in a matrixed, international environment. Fluent in Dutch and English is preferred, with additional languages a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry preferred.
• Well-organized, able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales quota by servicing the current customer base and establishing new accounts.
• Increase sales within the base and expand to new accounts within Brussels and north Belgium.
• Deal with customer complaints and recommend consignment where necessary.
• Prepare reports and draft initial conclusions; perform administrative sales duties (expense reports, scheduling, travel).
• Maintain knowledge of ABT therapies/products and understand competition.
