Job summary

Medline Industries in Brussels is seeking a Tender Agent to support the end-to-end tender management process. You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high-quality tender submissions within required timelines, ensuring best-in-class tender solutions for existing and new customers.

The role requires experience in tender management, strong administrative skills, and effective communication in English and Dutch. Hybrid working options and a range of training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration, legal topics, or customer service.
• Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A sense of pride in delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively.
• A calm and professional approach when interacting with customers.
• Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all internal and external levels.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Strong organizational skills, resulting in a methodical and structured way of working.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end tender management process from preparation to submission.
• Coordinate tender activities and deliver high-quality proposals within set timelines.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements for tenders.
• Research, document searches, and data collection for tender submissions.
• Review and support sign-off of proposals and related documents.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and marketing teams to strengthen tender responses.
