Medline International Belgium BV is seeking a Tender Agent to support end-to-end tender management. You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high-quality tender submissions, ensuring compliance with procurement rules and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with logistics, sales and marketing to drive winning proposals and manage sample orders when needed. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Experience with tenders for public and private customers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and deliver high-quality tender submissions on time.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements.
• Coordinate tender process with logistics, sales and marketing.
• Conduct background research and data collection for proposals.
• Support review and final sign-off of tender documents.
• Handle sample orders for tender submissions.
