Job summary

Medline Industries in Brussels is seeking a Tender Agent to support end-to-end tender management. You will prepare, coordinate and deliver high-quality tender submissions within required timelines, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years in tender management, and strong administration, legal or customer service background, with excellent English and Dutch communication. Hybrid working options and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration, legal topics, or customer service.
• Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively.
• Calm and professional approach when interacting with customers.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and deliver tender submissions within required timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with public procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales and marketing.
• Conduct background research, document searches and data collection for tender preparation.
• Support review and final sign-off of proposals and tender documents.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and track contracts in CRM; identify process improvements.
