Job summary

BD is seeking a Tender & Contract officer to join the Benelux Tender & Pricing team. You will coordinate BD tenders and manage pricing-related tasks in collaboration with the sales organization to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

You will handle offers and contracts, set up new price agreements, and drive standardization to improve efficiency. Fluency in Dutch, English and French is required; in-office presence is emphasized in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Creative, with a hands-on and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience in MS Office applications, good usage of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Tender Management: Coordinate tender dossiers with account managers and engage in strategic/commercial dialogues with stakeholders, providing reporting and lessons learned.
• Pricing & Contract Management: Manage offers and contracts, set up and activate price agreements, monitor existing ones, and create accurate price lists.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows and tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support digitization of tender & pricing management.
