BD in Belgium is seeking a talented Tender & Contract officer to join the Benelux Tender & Pricing team. You will coordinate tenders, manage pricing tasks, and partner with sales to ensure timely submissions and optimized pricing structures.

The role requires collaboration across functions, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. On-site presence is required, with 4 days in the office per week in Erembodegem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with tender processes and pricing workflows is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tender dossiers with account managers and BD units.
• Assist in pricing and contract management for Benelux region.
• Support continuous improvement of tender & pricing processes.
