Vivid Resourcing is recruiting a Bid Manager for Belgium to lead public and private tenders from opportunity through submission and award. The role requires coordinating Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, Pricing and Product teams to ensure compliant, high-quality responses.

The successful candidate will manage content, timelines and governance across bids, translate complex information into compelling proposals, and drive on-time submissions with a focus on risk management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bid, proposal or tender management experience.
• Experience with public procurement and commercial bids.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
• Experience with bid planning, proposal development and governance.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle.
• Coordinate tender responses across business units.
• Develop bid plans, timelines and governance.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Analyse evaluation criteria and develop response strategies.
• Develop commercial proposals and coordinate pricing.
• Translate technical and commercial information into tender responses.
• Coordinate bid meetings, reviews and customer clarifications.
• Manage risks, issues and deadlines.
• Maintain bid content, templates and knowledge.
