Job summary

Edenred Belgium SA is seeking a temporary Support Officer to join our Customer Care team in Brussels (Auderghem). • First professional experience in customer care or aftersales or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with clients, mainly in writing and occasionally by phone.
• Handle daily complaints and questions from customers, and provide information about our products.
• Proactively analyze and process all requests using internal procedures and product tools.
• Strengthen trust with customers and foster loyalty by offering expert, tailored solutions.
• Inform management and IT of issues or malfunctions as they arise.
