Job summary

Edenred in Brussels is seeking a dedicated Support Officer for our Customer Care team. You will manage client and user requests, respond in writing (and occasionally by phone), and ensure timely handling within SLAs.

You will analyze and resolve inquiries with product knowledge and internal procedures, strengthening trust and loyalty with customers while informing IT of issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• At least one first professional experience in customer care or similar.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and comfort with IT tools.
• Very precise, independent, curious, and proactive in delivering good service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with clients mainly in writing, occasionally by phone.
• Handle daily complaints and questions, providing information about products.
• Analyze and process requests using internal procedures and product knowledge.
• Strengthen trust with customers by offering tailored solutions and taking initiative.
• Inform management and IT of any issues or malfunctions.
