Job summary

Edenred Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Support Officer to join our Customer Care team. You will support colleagues in managing customer and user requests, ensuring they are handled within SLAs. Proactively analyze and process requests, drawing on internal procedures and product knowledge.

You work to strengthen trust and loyalty with customers through tailored solutions. Required: at least one professional experience in customer care, fluency in French, Dutch and English, and solid MS Office

Qualifications

At least one first professional experience in customer care or similar.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and comfort with IT tools in general.
Precise, independent, curious, and proactive in delivering service.

Responsibilities

Maintaining contact with clients, mainly in writing and occasionally by phone.
Handling daily complaints and questions from customers, and providing information about our products.
Proactively analysing and processing all requests using internal procedures and product knowledge.
Strengthening trust with customers and promoting loyalty through tailored solutions.
Informing management and IT department of issues or malfunctions.
