Job summary

Edenred Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Support Officer to join our Customer Care team. You will support colleagues in managing customer and user requests, ensuring they are handled within SLAs. Proactively analyze and process requests, drawing on internal procedures and product knowledge.

You work to strengthen trust and loyalty with customers through tailored solutions. Required: at least one professional experience in customer care, fluency in French, Dutch and English, and solid MS Office

• At least one first professional experience in customer care or similar.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and comfort with IT tools in general.
• Precise, independent, curious, and proactive in delivering service.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contact with clients, mainly in writing and occasionally by phone.
• Handling daily complaints and questions from customers, and providing information about our products.
• Proactively analysing and processing all requests using internal procedures and product knowledge.
• Strengthening trust with customers and promoting loyalty through tailored solutions.
• Informing management and IT department of issues or malfunctions.

Your responsibilities will include:* Maintaining contact with clients, mainly in writing and occasionally by phone.* Handling daily complaints and questions from customers, and providing them with information about our products.* Proactively and thoroughly analyzing and processing all requests, drawing on your mastery of our internal procedures as well as your knowledge of our products and management tools.* Strengthening the relationship of trust with customers and fostering their loyalty to our company by taking initiative and proposing expert, tailored solutions.* Informing management and the IT department of any issues or malfunctions that arise.# **WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU*** You have at least one first professional experience in customer care, aftersales or similar.* You are fluent in **French, Dutch and English**.* You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and feel comfortable with IT tools in general.* You work very precisely, independently and can adapt easily.
