• At least one first professional experience in customer care, aftersales or similar.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and IT tools.
• Independent, precise, curious, proactive with good service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily customer and user requests and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Maintain contact with clients primarily in writing and occasionally by phone.
• Analyze and process requests using internal procedures and product knowledge.
• Inform management and IT department of issues or malfunctions.

We are looking for a Support Officer to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you will support your colleagues in managing customer and user requests, ensuring they are handled within the agreed deadlines (SLAs).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining contact with clients, mainly in writing and occasionally by phone.
• Handling daily complaints and questions from customers, and providing them with information about our products.
• Proactively and thoroughly analyzing and processing all requests, drawing on your mastery of our internal procedures as well as your knowledge of our products and management tools.
• Strengthening the relationship of trust with customers and fostering their loyalty to our company by taking initiative and proposing expert, tailored solutions.
• Informing management and the IT department of any issues or malfunctions that arise.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

• You have at least one first professional experience in customer care, aftersales or similar.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English .
• You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and feel comfortable with IT tools in general.
• You work very precisely, independently and can adapt easily. You would describe yourself as someone who is curious, isn’t afraid to take initiative and has an eye for good service.
