New Balance Belgium Antwerpen is seeking enthusiastic retail associates to engage, excite, educate and entertain customers from the moment they walk through the door. You will support the store team, uphold standards, and contribute to a welcoming, brand-driven experience across our European locations.

The role requires a passion for retail and sales, strong customer service, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and good maths for POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Comfort with basic maths and POS transactions.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Support store management to maintain standards across the store and back of house.
• Assist in training and coaching Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve personal KPIs.
• Ensure a safe, healthy and compliant working environment.

JOB MISSION:

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
• Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
• Support the Store Management team on overall store and back of house standards
• Assist in training and coaching Associates
• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that as required from the management team

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

• Team Player
• Previous retail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment
• Demonstrate customer service skills
• A passion for retail and sales
• Desire to learn
• Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
• Understanding of POS register systems
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
