New Balance Belgium Retail BVBA is seeking a dedicated Retail Associate to engage, excite, educate and entertain customers from entry to exit. You will contribute to store performance through achieving personal KPIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences, while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

The role offers development opportunities across our European retail network and a supportive team environment.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey - from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company's policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties are required from the management team
