New Balance is looking for associates for our European retail stores who can engage, excite, educate and entertain our customers from the moment they enter the store. As a store associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, strive to hit personal KPIs, and follow end-to-end customer journeys.

• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
