New Balance is looking for a Retail Associate to engage, educate and entertain customers from entry to exit, delivering exceptional service and supporting store goals.

You will contribute to team success, maintain store standards, and adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. A passion for retail and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties are required from the management team
