delaware BeLux is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee a client portfolio in the Discrete Manufacturing and Automotive sector. You will drive end-to-end sales from lead to contract, partnering with technical consultants to propose solutions and apply a consultative selling approach. You will act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level contacts.

You will collaborate across projects, support consultants and customers, and stay engaged with the company’s innovative initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a commercial role within the Discrete Manufacturing or Automotive industry.
• Experience in selling IT and software implementation projects is valued.
• Ability to sit at the table with CxOs of medium to large companies.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a client portfolio in the Discrete Manufacturing and Automotive business.
• Follow through sales processes from lead to contract with autonomy.
• Propose solutions together with technical consultants using a consultative approach.
• Act as a trusted advisor and account manager supporting consultants and customers.
• Monitor and contribute to innovative internal projects at delaware.
