Job summary

Delrin USA, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for Industrial & Consumer Markets. You will lead growth initiatives, identify new applications, and expand our market presence across Europe from a remote EU base.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Technology & Innovation to translate customer needs into actionable projects, develop compelling value propositions, and drive profitable growth with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Has strong technical background in engineering plastics and 5+ years in business or market development.
• Experience in value selling and building quantified value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Industrial and Consumer markets by identifying and commercializing new applications and customers.
• Lead growth initiatives including design optimization and new product concepts.
• Develop compelling value propositions and quantify customer benefits.
• Coordinate with Delrin Sales, Marketing, and Technology & Innovation to deliver successful projects.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and extend existing business across the value chain.
