ST Engineering iDirect MCC is seeking a Sales Manager in Belgium to own a portfolio of strategic accounts, develop new business in core markets, and drive a professionalized commercial approach for high-complexity EMS projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage quotations, forecast pipelines, and build trusted relationships with engineers, procurement managers, and business owners to win complex programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales in manufacturing or technical environment.
• Experience discussing BOM, test strategy, or delivery schedule with engineers/procurement/business owners.
• Experience managing your own pipeline with discipline.

Responsabilités

• New business development — identify, approach, and develop new customer relationships in MCC's core markets.
• Account ownership — manage defined accounts from first contact to long-term relationship.
• Quotation leadership — lead pricing discussions with customer context and briefing for quotes.
• Pipeline and forecast management — maintain accurate pipeline and communicate with the Sales team.
• Market intelligence — monitor competitors and pricing/capability gaps to inform strategy.
• Internal collaboration — work with Customer Success Engineer, Project Manager Sales, and Purchasing.
