Job summary

delaware Belux is seeking a senior Managed Services Lead to own end-to-end delivery and growth of our Managed Services portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will govern SLAs, KPIs, and reporting while leading a team of service managers and engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, cross-border collaboration with other delaware entities, and ongoing service improvement with a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or managed services with leadership experience.
• Proven end-to-end management of complex managed services or outsourcing contracts.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management principles (certification a plus).
• Experience with SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP) with functional or technical background.
• Familiarity with SAP and cloud-managed services (Microsoft Azure, AWS).
• Excellent stakeholder management; comfortable with executive and delivery environments.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French; trilingual is a strong asset in Belux.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Managed Services contracts and act as main escalation point.
• Govern SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting; translate insights into actions.
• Own P&L of the contract portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing and margins.
• Build and inspire a team of service managers, consultants, and engineers; collaborate with offshore/nearshore centers.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and contracts.
• Partner with sales/presales to evolve go-to-market strategy.
• Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders from IT operations to C-level.
• Identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities within the client base.

Your responsibilities include:

• leading a portfolio of Managed Services contracts, acting as the main escalation point for clients

• building, managing, and inspiring a team of service managers, functional consultants, and support engineers — including collaboration with offshore and nearshore delivery centers
• driving continuous improvement across delivery processes and service contracts
• partnering closely with sales and presales teams to evolve the go-to-market strategy
• building long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders, from IT operations up to C-level
• identifying and developing upsell and expansion opportunities within your client base

We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in managed services:

• 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or managed services, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• proven experience managing complex managed services or outsourcing contracts end-to-end
• strong knowledge of ITIL service management principles (certification is a plus)
• experience with SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP), with either a functional or technical background
• familiarity with SAP and cloud-managed services (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
• excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating both in executive settings and hands-on delivery environments
• fluency in English and either Dutch or French (trilingual capabilities are a strong asset in the Belux context)
