Expleo Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for its Engineering Division in Belgium. You will manage a portfolio of strategic clients in Automotive, Railway, Aerospace, Military and Defence, while actively developing new business opportunities.

The role blends account management, business development and sales leadership across Flanders and Willonia. You will build long-term relationships with stakeholders, lead commercial negotiations, and develop strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales within engineering services, technical consulting or staffing.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Railway, Aerospace and Military & Defence sectors.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Account Management: manage and grow key accounts in Automotive, Railway, Aerospace and Defence sectors.
• Business Development: identify, prospect and acquire new customers and logos.
• Opportunity Management: collaborate with recruitment and engineering teams to match client needs with expertise and prepare proposals.
• Internal Collaboration: work with Engineering Managers, Recruitment and HR to ensure project success and contribute to the commercial strategy.
