Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting (TAA) is seeking a Key Partnership Manager to lead strategic software partnerships across Belgium, the Netherlands and France. You will drive integrations with CCH Codabox/CCH Clearfacts and related platforms, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maximise ecosystem value.

You will manage multi-country partnerships, travel weekly, and align joint growth initiatives with the Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS partnerships, software vendor management, or software business development.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, digital workflows and data exchange concepts.
• Keen interest in AI technology and solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills at C-level.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel weekly within BeNeFra.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage, strengthen and expand strategic relationships with software and technology partners.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that support joint growth and improve integration value.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for partners on our solutions, data flows, integration capabilities and commercial models.
• Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-creation activities and ecosystem-driven programs.
• Conduct partner and market analysis to guide strategy and prioritisation.
• Negotiate C-level commercial agreements that maximise the value of partnerships.
• Improve and refine partner workflows, processes and communication structures.
• Collaborate with senior management on shaping long-term partnership strategy.
• Ensure adherence to partner agreements, performance metrics and integration standards.
