Shyfter, a Belgian HR-Tech SaaS, is seeking a Partnerships Manager fluent in French and Dutch to build a European partner ecosystem with integrations and go-to-market initiatives. You will engage partners, create joint value, run webinars, events and campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities for our Sales team while travelling in Belgium and France.

A proven SaaS partnerships background, strong relationship skills, and a track record of revenue impact are essential; Brussels hybrid office

Qualifications

• Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, spoken and written is mandatory.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Build long-term partnerships that generate business opportunities.
• Develop connected software ecosystem through integrations with Shyfter.
• Identify platforms with mutual value and pursue collaboration opportunities.
• Define partnership terms, responsibilities and lead generation flow.
• Nurture ongoing partner relationships with regular communications and events.
• Organize webinars, joint campaigns, and events to spot opportunities.
