Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium seeks a Lead HR Business Partner to act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders. You will translate business objectives into people strategies, align HR policies, and drive employee engagement across Belgium.

In this role you will own Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS, overseeing benchmarking, governance and analytics to support decision-making in a multi-site, international matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience with compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking and rewards.
• Experience with HRIS, reporting and people analytics.
• Able to operate in a complex multi-site or international matrix.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with objectives.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, succession and talent development.
• Support transformation, restructuring and change management initiatives.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance and effectiveness.
• Act as the Belgian expert in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS.
• Coordinate annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive processes.
