Job summary

HR One is seeking an experienced HR partner to oversee employee relations, labor law and compensation & benefits across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will guide formal and informal social consultations, support collective bargaining, and ensure policy alignment with local law.

You will also lead simplification of the compensation & benefits framework and act as a regulatory advisor to management, backed by a strong local network.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in employee relations and social law.
• Experience working in an international matrix organisation.
• Experience with Benelux compensation topics and local labour/fiscal laws.

Responsibilities

• Participate in social consultation and governance processes across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Lead endeavours to simplify compensation and benefits while ensuring payroll accuracy.
