Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking an HR Director to lead the HR function across Belgium. You will shape the country’s people strategy, drive transformation programmes and partner with the Executive Leadership Team to align talent, culture and organisation design with strategic priorities.

As the senior-most HR leader in Belgium, you’ll oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and HR governance, while collaborating with European HR and Shared Services to deliver impactful business

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Change Management or related field.
• 12–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience advising Executive Leadership Teams and senior leaders.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and change programmes.
• Extensive experience in talent management, succession planning and organisational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and HR practices.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
• Preferred: PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Agile, executive coaching or HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a multi-year People & Transformation Strategy aligned with Belgian and European priorities.
• Lead major transformation programmes including operating model redesign and digital transformation.
• Oversee organizational design, restructuring, integration and workforce transformation.
• Own the country talent strategy including succession planning and leadership development.
• Lead employee engagement and culture strategy, wellbeing and change readiness.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, compensation and workforce planning.
• Lead Belgium HR team and improve processes, systems, and service delivery.
• Sponsor and govern strategic transformation programmes with budgets and accountability.
