Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking an HR Director to lead the country’s HR and transformation portfolio. This role partners with European leadership to design and execute workforce plans, optimise the operating model, and drive culture, capability, and performance improvements across the business.

The role requires extensive senior HR experience, strong change-management skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English to engage across multinational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR leadership experience at senior level (12–15+ years).
• Proven track record in transformation, change, and organisational redesign.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Belgium HR and transformation programmes aligning with European priorities.
• Shape workforce strategy including succession planning and organisation design.
• Drive governance, risk management and KPI reporting for HR and transformation.
• Partner with executive leaders to improve productivity, engagement and profitability.
