Job summary

K-Recruiting Life Sciences is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to act as trusted partner to Talent Partners, business leaders and managers in Belgium. You will manage complex employee relations, performance management and provide business cases and support on exits.

Fluency in French and English with basic Dutch, 8–10 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of Belgian employment law are required. Multinational exposure is a plus and you will influence decisions with practical, compliant

8–10 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law.
Proven experience handling complex HR cases
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
Fluent French and English, with basic Dutch language skills
Experience in multinational organizations is an advantage

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR advisor to Talent Partners, business leaders and managers.
Manage complex employee relations and performance management cases.
Prepare business cases, exit calculations and support employee exit discussions.
Advise on Belgian employment law, compensation and bonus eligibility.
Challenge business decisions where documentation or justification is insufficient.
Support organizational changes and restructuring initiatives.
Contribute to HR process improvements, AI adoption and digital transformation.
