Tata Consultancy Services in Brussels seeks a Business Development Director for Belgium to lead strategic growth, revenue expansion, and market positioning of the Industrial Autonomy & Engineering Unit. The role focuses on scaling IA&E across Belgian industrial and infrastructure enterprises, including manufacturing, energy, chemicals and transportation.

Qualifications

Business Development experience in IA&E or related field.
12+ years in BD, sales leadership, or account management within automation or manufacturing technology.
Strong understanding of the Belgian industrial and institutional ecosystem.
Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related; MBA preferred.
Willingness to travel across Belgium.

Responsabilités

Own and execute Belgium market growth strategy for IA&E services.
Identify and develop new growth opportunities across Belgian sectors.
Build CXO-level relationships and lead new logo acquisition.
Own end-to-end sales lifecycle for large, complex opportunities.
Collaborate with account teams, solution architects, delivery leaders, and global IA&E stakeholders.
