Sia in Belgium is seeking a Managing Director to drive growth through business development, sales, account management and content expertise. Work with Directors and Partners worldwide and consultants in Belgium.

You will lead sales and delivery engagements, steer commercial proposals with senior teams, achieve sales and delivery targets, and guide delivery and team management at clients. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree completed.
At least 8 years experience within a consultancy.
Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation.
Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and foster a team-oriented environment with diverse skills.

Responsabilités

Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients and new clients.
Lead commercial proposals with a team of Senior Managers and Managers.
Attain both sales and delivery targets.
Lead business delivery and team management at clients.
Provide industry guidance, strategies and implementation of best practices.
Build and lead your team of consultants on missions and in commercial endeavours.
