Jobat is recruiting on behalf of a leading European digital agency specializing in AI-native digital products. Based in Belgium, the role centers on shaping the go-to-market strategy, sales growth, and market positioning for the Belgian market.

You will drive new business, nurture C-level relationships, organize events, and work closely with marketing to build pipeline and visibility while leading the local commercial team as revenues expand.

Responsabilités

• Proactively drive new business acquisition in Belgium
• Leverage existing network and develop new relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital, innovation, IT)
• Promote a disruptive value proposition combining AI-powered software and services
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Re-engage existing and past clients with the new AI-driven offering
• Act as local ambassador for the company's innovative positioning
• Organize and participate in events (afterworks, breakfasts, demos, conferences)
• Collaborate closely with marketing to generate pipeline and visibility
• Create impactful messaging around the company's AI capabilities
• Help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Belgium
• Provide market feedback to leadership on client needs and positioning
• Contribute to structuring and scaling the future sales organization
• Build and lead a local commercial team
• Grow revenues
