Devoteam Benelux is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive market expansion in Belgium. You will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the software and platform engineering space, leading cross-functional bids and shaping our growth strategy.

You will map the Belgian market, engage CIOs/CTOs, and build a robust pipeline, aiming for strategic partnerships and large-scale digital transformations. This is a full-time role based in Diegem, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in IT services or consulting.
• Ability to map and engage C-suite stakeholders in Belgium.
• Strong consultative selling and deal-closing capabilities.

Responsabilités

• New Business Acquisition: full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Market Penetration: map the Belgian market and identify key decision-makers.
• Lead complex bids with technical architects to win large projects.
• Direct Sales: own the sales pipeline and drive new logos.

Trilingual: French, Dutch, English
