Groupe SII Belgium is looking for a Business Manager to join the Engineering Business Unit in Liège. You will combine business development, recruitment, and team leadership to grow a client portfolio in aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors.

You will drive growth, contribute to recruitment strategy, mentor consultants, and help shape SII's multicultural, international environment with a strong focus on results and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent).
• Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
• Initial experience in business development and recruitment within the engineering sector.
• Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Business Development: Manage and grow a client portfolio within the aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors, driving business growth and profitability.
• Recruitment & Team Management: Contribute to recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support career development and follow-up of consultants.
