Job summary

Deliverect seeks an Account Manager to own post-sales relationships with a portfolio of customers, driving retention and expansion across a growing SaaS platform. You will strengthen partnerships, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate across Product, Legal, and Finance to deliver value.

The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring fluent English and Dutch, with a focus on the food tech sector and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Account Management or commercial roles with B2B SaaS experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business in SaaS/foodtech.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales relationship to maximize value and retention.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive renewal logic.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and tailor engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Finance to fulfill requests.
• Manage complex projects and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
