Job summary
Superlinear in Brussels is seeking a Solutions Sales Engineer to open markets for Holon, an Enterprise Orchestration Platform that aligns departments toward a single objective. You will lead multi-stakeholder deals from first outreach to signed contracts, working across IT, Finance and operations.
You will travel across Europe, build business cases, and demonstrate value through demos and workshops, becoming a trusted advisor for retailers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or top-tier consulting in supply chain, operations or planning.
- Expert at discovery and homework before client calls.
- Able to build defensible business cases with P&L logic for CFO sign-off.
- Able to discuss optimisation and data models with engineers and COOs.
- Willing to travel across Europe; English as working language; Dutch or French a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create conversations and open doors at major retailers across Europe.
- Deeply map value chains to identify where departments optimize locally.
- Build and defend a compelling business case for each prospect.
- Handle IT/Finance gatekeeper questions with credible responses.
- Run demos and workshops showing Holon against retailer problems.
